Canceled my membership yesterday because of not being able to use the facility related to health reasons. They did NOT inform me that I was being charged a crap ton of money for canceling. I pulled the paperwork from when I signed the contract. No where does it state in the paperwork that there is a cancellation fee unless you were still in a contract. Will is the best trainer there is!
They offer several different classes, all included in the membership, very clean, all the people are pleasant, the place is spic and span , the locker rooms are great, should I keep going??? I love it
