Gold's is the best gym in the Carbondal area! The desk staff is always friendly and knowledgable, ready to help. And I love that it's not just one of those "lifting gyms" but there are people from all walks of life trying to get fit. The group fitness classes are wonderful! The instructors are well trained and there are a nice variety of classes to try out so you don't get bored!
