Best Gym in Southern Illinois! :)
I joined Gold's Gym because they have hand weights in small increments. I looked all over Carbondale and its the only fitness center that has these. The rec center has them too but they're in a small room that you can only access during restricted hours. Golds Gym recently started running 24 hours during the workweek (with staff!) and it's got a nice atmosphere.
Just joined the gym and Zach is awesome!!!
