Love living at AutumnCreek! Friendly staff, clean apartments, and great location.
I just want to say I have been living at Seminole Creek since June of 2014 and I will say it is very quiet and the place I have is a 1 bedroom loft that is huge. The area is perfect for biking and walking/running. There is a park right next to the complex that has many different function to go to. The maintenance people are very nice and will get things done in a timely matter. The leasing process was smooth -- the leasing agents are courteous, informative, and did not push me into signing anything until both myself and my roommate had come to a final decision. This was my first time renting an apartment in Madison, and the Goldleaf Development employees walked me through the process of setting up an account with MG&E.
