I just found an apartment for my son this week with the help of Goldleaft Development. I want to give a 'shout out' to Sarah Kuth. NEVER RENT FROM GOLDLEAF. absolutely horrible management, just straight up incompetent and inept. THE WORST I have ever had to deal with. Tried to charge me multiple times for their own errors in copying numbers down correctly then threatened to throw me out after I asked them to double check the numbers 3 different times (they finally figured it out by the third month that they tried to say I didn’t have enough money, and finally actually corrected the numbers).
