i am sad to say we have lived here way way too long this winter it has been unbearable either it is way to hot (in the 80s) or freezing cold (50s) i have contacted management about this issue on 12 occasions with out result. on number occasions i have had packages gone "missing" from the office the list goes on and on the one thing that makes my blood boil was we chose this location for security we were told everyone must pass a background check and no sex offenders would be allowed to reside here however when looking up off... read more
Goldfinch Meadows seems to have two faces: The unfriendly, "ghetto" side & the pleasant, quiet side. I happen to live on the pleasant side of the mess. Management hasnt been too bad to me, & maintenance was prompt when needed. Snow & ice removal in the winter does indeed suck terribly. Same goes with removal of cars that have been parked for months at a time. Any noise or unruly neighbors can easily be handled with a knock on their door & a polite request for some peace. The apartments are pretty good, the management is terrible. They blame you for everything under the sun just to try and get your money. They put noise violations against you at 6 pm, and blame you for having partys when you are gone at work, and have proof. They dont care. If you are just going for comfort then by all means go here, but the management will screw you over.
