Lived there for a year and a half when I moved in I told them the carpet needed to be replaced no they tell me to cover it up with rugs the landlord talks #\$%\$ about her tenance u tell them ur dryer task five times to dry then never gets fixed then u move and they charge u for the carpet that needed replaced when u lived there #\$%\$ty place never repairs noting landlord has favorites charge to much for there dive btw they never shovel nothing

My friend and his girlfriend live in these apartments. Seems to be nice, whenever I go over to hang out managements always in the office. Yes you can say it gets pretty hot in the apartment, but would you rather be freezing than being a little to hot? probably not sweating is good far ya! Possibly soon enough I will be moving into these apartment. Also, you have to remember its hard to plow snow in the parking lot when its full with cars. Washer and dryer in every unit is very nice as well.

Management is horrible! Where to even begin? The day I moved in my garage door brok and I have put 6 work orders in for it. That is 1 work order per month. My neighbor is allowed to throw food outside during the summer time to "feed the birds" Birds dont eat strawberries or chicken bones! 2 weeks after I moved in it dropped down to the 30s at night for a few days and they refused to turn my heat on because it was after May 1. I ended up threatening to call the city to get it turned back on. Currently, my driveway is a sheet ... read more

I have been here for 3 yrs and have no plans to move. The manager is very diligent, and the maintenance crew are there as soon as they can be given the complaint. There was a manager when I first moved in that I dont think was on top of her game. I am never afraid to walk outside even late at night. I leave my car doors unlocked and have never had a problem. Anytime there is a problem tenant they get them out pretty fast. We have a washer and dryer in every apartment, and all we pay is lights. Background checks are done on e... read more
managment sucks here. they do not do their jobs they are all lazy. the matience men are not prompt what so ever. and so many cars have been broken into. and there is no noise courtesy. and they make it look like we control the heat in our apartments but we dont i have had my windows open in the middle of the winter because it was 80 degrees in the my house. it was ridiculous. They never told me when i had packages in the office...i guess i was suppose to just be a superhuman and know exactly when my packages would be delieve... read more
