I am a fairly new property owner doing business with GoldenWest Management. Still a bit early to give a proper assessment on their handling of my property but so far I am very happy with the service I have received. The ad I saw placed on Craigslist was excellent. Really loved the 360 degree shots and the clarity of the pictures. Your website is also very neat and easy to browse. I’ve always had great success in dealing with GWM. Cynthia is so helpful whenever I need her. Last week I had a problem with an air-conditioner that required more than usual follow-through and problem solving. She had to make contacts with two different companies and with the tenants (of 1065) on more than one occasion. I really appreciate how polite and patient she was and how well she kept me informed. Sherry, my contact at GWM has been really great in explaining and walking me through the property management process. She did a fine job marketing, finding, and placing tenant in my property. Richard also was very helpful and accommodating. He did well in keeping me posted on property and progress of the tenant situation. Very satisfied so far as a new owner.

Our agent has been helpful and very prompt in response to all our questions right from the start. Any service requests we've had have been attended to promptly and we are very grateful for their assistance. We have only dealt directly with our landlords before so this is our first experience working with a property management company. We are very happy with our agent, he has been so helpful!
