I will definitely recommend this company. They will really take care of you and will make you feel that they are on your side. Christie T. really made sure that we were getting a good Tenant going above and beyond her work to assure us. And as I put in my title: Everybody in the company is very professional and has great customer service skills. Hopefully we will do more business with them in the future.

GWM has managed my property for the past (3) years and I have not always been pleased. But in the past several months, there has been a dramatic change. Ever since Christie Tecson took over as their office manager, all my properties are in good condition, rented and I get very quick responses from the staff. I am now very happy with their performance and definitely give them two thumbs up.

The Goldenwest Management Team has been nothing but responsive, efficient, supportive, and friendly. While maintaining their property management role with great integrity, they clearly do their best to make our renter experience comfortable.
