Have been living here for about 2.5yrs, 1st year was great BUT lately housekeeping has gone down the DRAIN, 2year olds thru teenagers run wild specially in the pool area & leave everything a mess. Oh, there's dog Shit everywhere now LOL I guess new management can't afford to refill stations with bags so residents are just not picking up after their pets. This apartment complex was nice back when management really cared about keeping everything in order. They had 24/7 security patrol, it really felt safe. Now, the gym restrooms are so filthy and disgusting they have not been cleaned in months, kids always running around unsupervised, dogs off leash in the park. Pool area was well kept before with other management, it was well kept with nice lounge chairs and cushion seats now those chairs are broken and area looks wrecked, kids always jumping the fence being loud, trashing ev... read more
Whats the price on the apartment no information on the web side
Ever since an HOA took over this place has gone down hill. There is no security anymore the place has become dirty with trash all over the place and the park and club house looking disgusting. The landscape has gotten ugly only weeds and dirt. The people from the HOA have stated that they are going to make it better and nicer then the previous management company. The previous management company really had very nice and clean here. Since the HOA took over all that is gone. I'm looking to get out of here soon. Save your money ... read more
Please don't come here management is very bad if you get wrong something they will taking 3 to 4 months to fix that
