Went in for a annual check up and told the dr my problems. Not only was I told I didn't have lupus and RA that it's not showing on my blood work. As a dr they know that blood work for lupus sometime does not come up on the blood work. Also I told her I was having other problems for awhile and she didn't give me any answers how to fix it or if I should be seen by another dr. If I have to go back I hope I get better answer next time.
Very disappointed....I am in pain management and supposed to see the provider once a month and was told to call for a appointment and I do and am told can't get in till August 31?? Really my refill supposed to be on the 15th! I have chronic pain and i guess have to suffer until I can't no more and go ER if i need to ....
The best customer service in healthcare I have founded. No problem to make my appointments. Experienced, knowledge, and compassioned staff. Courteous and polite clerical staff. I am happy to be with Golden Valley Health Centers.
