Whenever I call the appointment line, I'm on hold for 15 to 20 minutes until someone comes on the line. It never fails!

The wait time is an hour in the lobby and another hour in the room. Come to find out the nurse practitioner said there wasn't anything wrong with te patient. Assessment ony took 7 minutes!!!!
I delivered my second child with Dr. Alkhouri and I must say he is an amazing doctor. He was there from the beginning and to the end with both my babies. He took great care of me especially with my second child. There was a concern during my pregnancy with her but in the end all was well. Thank you Dr. Alkhouri for providing such great care to not just me but to both my baby girls as well.
I'm quite upset because I called the number to the Senior Health Center in Merced today since I was told to call that number to schedule an appointment and they picked up the phone and then hung up on me.
I love my doctor (Dr. Storm)"since I came back from Vallejo Ca and was assigned to her, she has done everything in her power to get me the help I needed. My medical problems were extensive and severe. I only wish that you had pain MGMT at the facility. Also my counsler Sandy and Ariceli are great
