I was referred to Bill from Golden Hatchet a little over a year ago by a plumber who had worked with him for years, but was mainly doing plumbing. He came over the evening after I called and gave me a quote that I could work with. We couldn’t be happier with the work done on our roof! The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and with great craftsmanship. We had a huge leak that was causing tremendous stress, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Everyone was polite, respectful of my property, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I had roof dams and needed new insulation in my attic. I called and Bill Durant came out promptly, evaluated the situation and showed up when he said he would. He has excellent communication skills. He was polite, explained everything he was doing and cleaned up everything afterwards so I didn’t have a mess to clean up. I would highly recommend Golden Hatchet.

Had them do roof (was good) and siding on new home in 2019. By the time job was finally completed weather got cold. They caulked the trim when it was too cold and one side of house looks like a 2 year old did it. They filled nail holes with caulk instead of us painting them...But Didn't do all of them. He came to look at it early this year but still a no show. We've left 4 messages for months with no return call. Roof I would rate A but not on siding and trim.
