This was impressive, fast, and professional. This was a thorough home inspection as I've seen. Chris and Jake were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I was impressed with the level of detail in the report, particularly the aging of depreciated items such as hot water heaters, electrical, and roofs. Also, Chris follows up with us to be sure if anything needed or questions.
This company is reliable, thorough, and responsive! I was home during the inspection and the inspector was very professional. Even loved on my dog, who also had a great time following the inspector around the house. I received a very detailed report with photos afterwards. I would recommend them to friends!
