Jake did a completely thorough inspection for my client and gave a very detailed report. He gave us a great recap of everything before he sent the report to us, which he got to us quickly. Chris was very accommodating with getting us on the schedule quickly, fitting us in in our short timeframe and dealing with us having to reschedule.
