Ron and Brandon came to our home to discuss options for replacing our water heater. Both were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and provided three quotes to be reviewed.

We had a drain problem and Steve came out to help us. He was extremely pleasant, taught us a lot about things we needed to know, and left us feeling very happy about the experience. I would want to ask for him, specifically, for any future problems but he's not a journeyman yet and, for now, can only handle drain problems. Steve was great and if all their employees are like Steve, they are a company who is doing it right!!

The men who were here were very courteous and pleasant. The cleated the slow drain in my bathroom sink and replaced a gasket in one toilet that had a problem running water. They might have spent no more than 20 minutes taking care of my problems. My issue is the cost of the work which I feel was very high. I am a widow on limited income and legally blind. I am disappointed in the crew who did not know how to fix the problem. Did not receive promised quote by email! Had to call another company to get my problem fixed in 60 min.

I think when you are told that there is a $25.00 fee to look at your problem and give you a quote to repair that should be it. To be charged $206.00 to check it out once you are on site seems a little underhanded. When a customer calls in they should be told they would also have to pay for the time to do this.
