A big Thank You to Steven M for taking care of the problem I had. He was very detailed with his plan of action, patient, thorough, efficient, courteous, clean and gave the best advise for future problems. Prior to Steven coming to my residence, I spoke with Cristy M and explained my problem. She was bubbly, courteous, empathetic, great customer service. Nobody wants to do business with a plumber. Gold seal makes it a good experience. They are polite, professional and thorough. In covid season, they were masked up. As a senior (vulnerable) citizen, I appreciate this thoughtfulness. We are pleased with their service and will likely call them to do plumbing work for us in the future. Thumbs up!

Steven went above and beyond to fix the 50+ year old kitchen plumbing so that it would drain properly. I am extremely thankful for that as well as the determination he had to make sure the clog was gone and everything was functioning properly.
