I had a tricky problem with the exhaust fan attached to my water heater. I was not sure if I should have a plumber or an HVAC service tech work on it. Gold Seal was responsive and easy to work with. They listened to me describe my problem, scheduled an appointment and sent someone as soon as they could. Ultimately, the plumber could not solve my problem, but was able to help identify it so I could get an HVAC tech to fix it. I called Gold Seal this morning at 7:30 and Steven was at my home before 10:00 am. As usual with Gold Seal, the staff are very competent and easy to have in the house. Steven knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Gold Seal are not the least expensive plumbers, but they are the best!

We decided to upgrade from a standard toilet to right height. In talking with Doug, I found out that there now is a 19" high as well as the 17". Due to my husbands height and physical limitation, we choose the 19" and couldn't be happier. It is so much easier for him to use. No matter who I spoke with in the main office, they were cheerful, courteous and very helpful. Installation was quick and Benjamin was courteous and very professional.
