I’m a long time customer of Gold Seal Plumbing. Once again, they did an excellent job for me. Ben And Chris were professional, courteous, and cleanly while installing my new utility sink. Tracy A and Julie were very helpful in arranging my purchase of sink, and scheduling installation. I hope I don’t have another plumbing problem soon, but when I do, I won’t hesitate to give them a call.

I called Gold Seal plumbing to have a garbage disposal replaced, which was original to the home. I had two service men, Steven and Chris that came for the appointment, during the time expected for arrival. They were masked, and they both put on shoe covers to protect my kitchen floor. After entrance and welcome, Steve proceeded to go through pricing and options and I selected the disposal I chose to have them install. I had a tricky problem with the exhaust fan attached to my water heater. I was not sure if I should have a plumber or an HVAC service tech work on it. Gold Seal was responsive and easy to work with. They listened to me describe my problem, scheduled an appointment and sent someone as soon as they could. Ultimately, the plumber could not solve my problem, but was able to help identify it so I could get an HVAC tech to fix it. I called Gold Seal this morning at 7:30 and Steven was at my home before 10:00 am. As usual with Gold Seal, the staff are very competent and easy to have in the house. Steven knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Gold Seal are not the least expensive plumbers, but they are the best!

Stephen has been here before and remembered me. As a long-standing customer, my trust is great and I’ve never been disappointed. Likely I’ve written more than one review. A mid-century home can have lots of needs!
