Gold's Gim tiene unos entrenadores muy profesionales que nos dan mucha motivación a entrenar con mucho entusiasmo ,fuerza y sobre todo con mucha alegría, me siento como mi casa,gracias Gold's Gim.
I like the fact that the gym is clean & most of the time the temperature is comfortable. They have been times when it gets to hot & for me that just ruins my workout. I do have to say they definitely need more dumbbells from 5lb,7lb,8lb,10lbs, But great place to be.
I do like this gym it is so fascinated by the trainers is fun with and they willing to help you. The only thing I would like this is to give us a map of all the equipment exercises so i could go easily by knowing what equipment to use and even it says on each equipment a map with do the right job. I have been going to cycling with Lorena she is the best trainer workout going with her is what we should more trainers like her.
