Lots of space, variety of equipment. Also, one of the only gyms to feature a sauna. They need martial arts kicking backs though.

Body combat!!! Hands down my favorite class awesome instructors!
I really like Gold's, not just because it's a good gym with a wide array of equipment including cardio, free weights, and machines, but because they have a good day care center. Now that the Gold's staff has also taken over their Nuvision program, management is better for personal training as well. All-around, it's one of the best gyms that I've ever been to.

I felt like I was bothering them because a billing issue (a simple billing issue) but because I tried to get answers they treated me like I was bothering them. Sorry guys. I just wanted to know what was going on. I didn't think it was going get you guys bent out of shape. I was more than cordial. Even on the phone. Now you have 1 less patron to worry about.
