It's an amazing gym. Can't wait until they make one on the Westside.
I like everything the classes although and personal training however the vibe that I got was pressure of signing up on a program for personal training even tho I said I wanted it but just wanted to see what my options were just didn't like the vibe I got at the end like I wasted the personal trainers time because I didn't get on a 12 month program it was a little awkward sorry nothing personal
The equipment and machines are very nice but the people there are what make this gym horrible. Staff is unfriendly, SOME trainers do not know what they are doing, Management sucks. So glad i changed my gym. So many people from golds are switching over not to mention the rates are so stupid being that its only a franchise and can't use membership at just any Golds. Its a peewee gym. Even planet is ran a lot better 😂😂
Poor management, always cold so you can't burn fat, restroom faucets broken for 2+ months, sticklers about miniscule things like gym bag and water containers, management staff seems to be new comers to the gym industry so it'll be a free years before it has a good gym feel to it, for now seems great for elderly crowd very quiet library type of atmosphere.
