I am a member and visiting from Austin, TX. The staff was friendly and plenty of weights to choose from, but they could use more dumbbells and a larger gym would be a wise move:. A better variety of music would be nice. Overall, I had a solid workout and I'll be back. Gym was clean too.
The gym looks amazing. The staff and management specially supervisor Alejandra was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions.
Criminals! They had a shady guy running things who is no longer with the company....so because he lost the paperwork I turned in....they will not refund the money that they have taken without my consent! CRIMINALS!

This is a revision from my original post. This gym is top notch as far as the facility and equipment goes. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the music is too loud which interferes with your own headphones. Cannot wait for the Westside location to open. ☺
Best gym in El Paso! So clean and everyone's so nice. I love the classes and instructors. They have enough equipment so you don't have to wait for someone to finish so you can be next. Love it!
