I cannot praise Goldrush Jewellers enough. They restored an heirloom antique pocket watch back to its former glory for my husband, and the result honestly took our breath away. Took my watch in to get a new battery put in, and the lady refused flat out to do it. Said it was a ‘decorative piece’ so would have to take it back to where I bought it. I had bought it in Sydney about 20 years ago. Terrible service. So I went to the bloke who cuts keys at the Marketplace who put one in straight away, with a two year warranty.
Judy was an absolute delight and so helpful, left with a beautiful watch. Thankyou so much x

I Allegedly have an old Thomas the Jewelers brand watch from back in the day, a 21st birthday gift from my parents. has a missing crown and needs a service and likely a new battery. Got a quote of $280 to do the job in late 2022, I didn't have the spare cash at the time to do it so I left it for another day.
