Every time we come here the wait is ridiculous. Always one to three hours late no matter when your appointment is.
I give them only 2 stars because the wait to be seen, WITH an appointment is ridiculously long. The last time I had an appointment we were here for 2 hours waiting. Dr. Dora is wonderful. I give her 4 1/2 stars. Jesse the receptionist is great too.
Dr. Carl Hsu is the best pediatrician. I am a single mother of four children and my oldest is 19 now. I still remember 19 years ago when Dr. Hsu came to Sutter memorial to see my son when he was born. Everyone of my children is a patient of Dr. Hsu. He has always been understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to my kids being sick. He was also very considerate when I had questions or concerns about my kids. He always addressed my concerns. Thank you Dr. Hsu for being a great doctor.
