I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Excellent, caring doctor, who tailors his approach to meet the needs of his patients! Not the typical corporate doctor that pushes people in and out like many of todays hospital affiliated doctors.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
