My husband tried to return spark plugs and the manager refused the exchange even though the salesman had sold him the wrong ones. He was extremely rude and the nice sales lady was so embarrassed by his action. My husband was even going to be paying the difference. Lost a customer over a few spark plugs during the current situation, I would think they would want every dollar they can get. RUDE never wins!!
got tons of work done on my bike. had it back less than a week. Thank you guys for taking good care of my baby. U guys rock!!!!!
