Goe Harley-Davidson has always been willing to review our previous service repairs in our dealership when provided the opportunity. We have been as far as Laredo, Tx to pick up a customer’s motorcycle for them. In the case of Mr. Pierce’s XL883C, we were not provided this opportunity. Mr. Pierce previously brought his motorcycle in for repair on 5/10/16 with 6,180 miles on it. On 12/26/2016 his motorcycle was taken to Central Texas Harley-Davidson Round Rock with 10908 miles on it, a difference of more than 4700 miles. We wo... read more
I would give this establishment ZERO stars of I could due to the lack of a backbone. Left my Brother with a bike that is under warranty that the warranty will not cover. 250 bucks for a wheel and everything else for something they messed up. STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK!
They took great care of my repairs. Very knowledgeable and helpfull staff!
Love our Goe Harley Family.... we have bought many of motorcycles from them and would not think of going anywhere else.... Jane in sales it the best..... they all rock.... love them all and very knowledgeable in every way.......
We bought a 2015 wide glide from Goe, they took our picture, and never posted it on the FB page. Then we had a oil problem the first day, and we had to nag them before before they would fix it. Not to happy!
