Julie Holmes was a pleasure to work with as we purchased a home in Daybreak. She followed up on all of her commitments and was very accommodating as we repeatedly returned to tour the property. Craig helped us through our sale of one home and the lease then purchase of a condo. We had an offer very quickly on our home which fell through very quickly!! However all the info of the house was still easily available to him and therefore we had another offer the following day. Craig is a fantastic realtor. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. We bought and sold through him at a time when the market wasn't so good. We got top value selling our house and he worked REALLY hard to help found us are dream house.
I was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. 2 weeks before moving to Salt Lake, Myan - my Realtor - had already sent me a link to view houses to help save time! In each home we visited, he pointed out both positives and drawbacks and his skill and expertise were very apparent. During negotiations and the closing process, he fought for us like we were his only concern, though he was always respectful. I will definitely recommend him and goBE Realty to all my friends!
