Knowledgeable about Daybreak, rules & HOAs , everything was scheduled and executed promptly and efficiently. The staging and pictures were beautiful. Showed the property 7 times...Sold in 5 days, above asking price too. The trucks were a nice and convenient way to move after selling or buying your home.
We love the folks over at GoBe. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible. Dave got us a great offer on our townhome! They also are super generous and have sponsored our school’s yearly fundraiser for four years in a row, the Eastlake Fun Run. I love businesses that make our community a better place! Rude people, poor service. Made an offer on a house, they canceled my contract without notice. I would not recommend goBe
If I could give them 0 stars I would. We've had nothing but problems since we started working with them on selling our home. The owner was very quick to sign us to a selling contract. He first wanted to low ball our selling price. I raised the list price by $5000 since this was a seller's market. After showing the home twice an offer came through and we accepted, since we had only a short time before we closed on our new home. Dave and his team are Incredible, so easy to work with and really took care of everything for us which was such a relief in what can be a stressful and tricky process in selling a home.
