This company is a SCAM! They only want that application fee only to deny your application for crazy reasons!!!
I am an agent and I found one of this companies properties that my client was very interested in (it was listed in mls) I myself, as an agent HAD to provide my ID, a selfie (not a big deal)but I also HAD to provide my credit card. When I called the company to ask if I, as an agent, had to provide my credit card to show the home to my client the answer was yes.
