I used Go Today for my trip to Italy. The services were excellent! From the beginning, they sent me a cost itemized potential itinerary which included hotels, flights, train transfers, and activities (Vatican, Colliseum, Gondolas). We got vouchers weeks before the trip and everything went as expected. We flew Delta, stayed at nice hotels minutes from activities, and all activities and transfers went as planned. I would definitely use this agency again. ❤️❤️
I had an excellent experience with Go-Today traveling to Paris and Italy. It was our first trip to Europe so I was a little nervous about things- I made a few calls to customer service with questions and I was able to speak to someone quickly, and each time they were very helpful and friendly. Non responsive and impossible to get a hold of! Dont use
This is our third trip with Go Today and it won't be our last. We just got back last night from Iceland and everything went so smoothly. I love that this is not a tour company so you can plan your own time. Our last trip to Europe with Go Today we upgraded the hotels only to put them closer to certain area in the cities. Even that was very easy. Just do it! Trust me you'll enjoy.
I would rate my experience as very good. I did pay to upgrade all my hotels, and I'm glad I made that choice. They were all lovely and comfortable, with very friendly staffed. There were a couple of small glitches that go-today helped me fix, but overall I would recommend them and use them again. It was nice to not have to figure out flights and travel. I wish they had given us more time between transfers for our flights, but I think you can change flight options while booking, I just didn't realize it when I originally book... read more
