RecommendedWe used go-today for our Europe trip and everything was perfect! We encountered a cancelled flight by Aerlingus due to a snow storm in Dublin and Go-today rebooked our flight with no delay. Other than the sub-par hotel in Rome (my fault for not upgrading), everything went well. With that said, I booked another multi-country trip in Europe with them again.☺️
This website is a joke! After they sell you the package and you needed help they wont help you, mock you and laugh at you when you tired calling them for an arrangement once they know they have your money they wont treat you a “valued client” anymore! Be aware! Their customer service ia bad!!!
We purchased an all-inclusive trip with travel insurance through Go-Today. Due to a medical emergency we needed to change travel dates and reached out to Allianz travel insurance and were told we would be refunded and able to book another trip. We have spent 5 months trying to follow up on this claim and have been denied coverage from Allianz travel insurance contracted with Go-Today travel.
We bought a trip to Italy for 7 people through go-today. We saw the trip offered on Groupon. I called customer service since we didn’t have an even # of people but were only needed 3 rooms. Customer service was awesome! We ended up with the same price as advertised and flew out of our local airport. All of the hotels were wonderful and the train transportation between the cities was clean and fast.
We just returned from Italy after booking through Go-Today. Working with Go-Today was amazing, it made our trip easy & stress free! I recommend paying a little more to upgrade the hotels, our hotels were perfect, close to everything and fantastic service! We had no issues or concerns with anything, flights, train ride & hotels were all great. Thank you Go-Today for helping us make our first European trip stress free!
We just returned from a 2+ week vacation traveling all over Europe with Go-Today! Every aspect of the trip was planned out for us and we had zero problems with flights, hotels and transportation. It was AMAZING! Best trip ever, thanks to Go-Today!
Go today was wonderful. From initial planning & booking, to prepping and questions go today staff was always available and eager to help. Unlike some reviews we didn’t have any long wait times, and found email communication especially helpful as well.
