I am getting worried about this company and their customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour and still no one is answering as I am writing this. We were informed by your company that our hotel was not available for our upcoming trip to Paris by Lindsey Oaksmith. My travel partner has reached out via email to discuss options with Lindsey or anyone in your company. Do NOT waste your time, effort, and money with this agency. They are incapable of answering a simple yes or no question. Super unresponsive. Learn from our mistake and book your vacation with a different agency.
My friend and I booked a trip with Go-today and had followed up requesting to see if it is possible to swap hotels knowing there is a budget limit. With our trip only one month away, we've been reaching out for almost two weeks now waiting for an answer from them if this request is doable. A simple question that can't even been answered, disappointed.

Conflicted. My boyfriend and his family booked a trip with Go Today and invited me on the trip later. My boyfriend and I spoke to Alisha, a very helpful agent who was able to give us a lot of information. However, she told us that if we wanted to make changes we would have to have the travel agent, Amy, do so. However, Amy has been no help and hasn’t even answered her phone. We just need to actually get help and it’s disappointing that we can’t.
I hope this review gets me a response. We’ve been overseas for our trip and can’t get a hold of anyone at your company. Whether it’s being on hold for 90 min, tweeting, DM’d you on Facebook (still unread!) emailing and calling our agent (and not getting a response) it’s been frustrating. I see the canned response that you’ve had issues with your phones. Ok - so fix it? That issue sounds like it’s being going on for months. Fix it.
