My first time booking with them and so far it’s been awful. I have spent $4000+ to start and cannot get any assistance from them to finalize my reservations - hotels are not confirmed, tours not set up, no transfers. I was told to call back because they were closing after I made my payment and haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone since then. I have called and left numerous messages, emailed and held for over an hour multiple times. Yesterday I called and got “all circuits are busy”. This is completely absurd. My trip... read more
Have not used this company , but just booked a trip and Heidi that helped me was great! I hope the trip is as wonderful as she was in helping arrange everything . �
I was going to book my trip through Go-Today as i have read a lot of great reviews, but i tried to call three times today with a question before booking and was placed on a 60+ minute hold each time and never got to speak with anyone. Not a great first impression, and it doesn’t make me want to trust them with a fairly decent chunk of money for an overseas trip. I think I’ll take my chances with another company.
I've scheduled telephone confirmations with this company and they are ignoring calls.
