Started having shortness of breath and chest pains at age 42, finally got it checked out at age 44 and ended up having an artery that was 95+% blocked so now have a stent. Wouldn't have thought about paying attention to the signs in large part due to this organization and their education. ❤️

I am 36 years old, I have survived 3 heart surgeries, I was born with a hole in between the bottom two chambers, I was a month old when I had closed heart, and 10 months old when I had my first open heart, then I had my Pulmonary valve replaced 3 years ago, I try to educate everyone about heart health, but I can't find anything in my area.

This past March I had a pericardia cyst that was very large removed from the middle back portionof my heart. Heart heatlth us very important and I am always telling people especially woman as we tend ti forget about ourselves, how very important it is to listen to your body and to let your doctor know even about little changes. Everyone has a heart lets take care of it.

At 45 yrs old, on the eve of Mother's Day this year I had a major stroke. Thanks to EMS, my local rural hospital and the flight crew that got me to a bigger hospital I am doing great! A little therapy but left with no residual! As an RN I know things can change quickly, but never thought it would be me! No risk factors other than hormones. Amazed at where I am now!

How about go on a whole food plant based diet for heart health. When your diet is based on plants and eliminates animal products and processed junk the result is heart health. According to the scientific liturature you can reverse the heart disease by going plant based. Need help, read anything by John Mcdougall, Caldwell Essylsten, watch Forks over Knives. No one need ever have anther heart attack if they quit poisoning their body with the flesh and secretions of of animals. Try it.
