It simply has all u need to achieve your fitness goals. The equipment is vital to get where u want. Classes with the ladies are always full , energized and fun! Motivation is there. Awesome protein smoothies n great environment overall. 💪🏻
Great equipment, very clean gym, wonderful classes offered and the instructors and staff are very helpful. it is also affordable. I am glad I joined!
