Excellent Customer Service – I needed to have a bed bug problem i was having solved quickly and discreetly i explained this to the gentleman i spoke to over the phone he immediately told me what preperations needed to be done by me. the technicians that came were very polite and treated my entire apartment i am pleased with the customer service provided and with the service.
mice problem – was having a mouse problem and my wife was frantic. was looking for a company that would use a safe method of treatment instead of using poison because of my dog. we got a next day appointment and are satisfied with the results.
Bed Bugs – My roomate had started to wake up with small bites on her arms. Although i had not experienced any, we decided to call gogreen and have a thorough inspection. After thoroughly inspecting our apartment they were able to determine that we had a bed bug problem. We bombarded the technician with questions and he calmly answered them all. We set up an appointment for the next day. and thankfully we haven't had any more problems.
Mice beware – i was having a mouse problem which i wanted taken care of quickly. I called Gogreen and not only did they answer all of my questions and put my concerns at ease, they went out of their way to seal up all entry points and called a week later to ask if everything was under control.
