i must begin by saying that this company is a great one not only are they friendly but my wife particularly liked the fact that the 2 gentlemen that came into our home were wearing uniforms which says alot about this company they went in there and got the job done thoroughly, they didn't seem to rush the process as opposed to some other companies who just go in and out in about 20 minutes. we are happy to inform that since they have been here we haven't had any more problems with bed bugs
