How do you go to a car wash and leave with it dirtier than it was when you brought it in? Went to the location at the Fox Hills Mall. Paid $35 and when I got in the car, there were dirty foot prints on the floor on the front driver's side and the back driver's side. Also, you could see where a dirty rag had been dragged all Over he surface of the car. They included armoral on the tires but didn't clean the wheel caps so it didn't even make a difference. I been going to this car wash since they first open. They have a new set of employees now. I thought I could trust this car wash, but after I left today, I notices that my new fragrance I just bought, that I keep in my car was stolen, out of my car. I mediately called the place and they guy that answer, didn't care and made it seem it was my fault. after paying $30 plus tip. the customer service sucks and this car wash isn't trustworthy.
I used to work for the green auto at the Santa Ana location where I was assistant manager...I used to get frustrated at the company because we didn't get our checks on time...people from higher up then I'll come around and check up on us...they say that they value their employees but really don't...and the thing that gets me is that when people use to get a wax or shampoo floor mats we were told not to wax or shampoo the floor mats at all...these companies really cheap if I would you give for a tip is not to take your car to... read more
Dropped off my truck at the northridge mall site and paid for the deluxe detail. I specifically asked for my cup holders and certainly. Areas to be cleaned. When I picked up my car first thing I checked was cup holders; surprisingly not cleaned at all, dashboard not wiped down, steering wheel not wipe down, front mirror you could see the rag wipes. My car off at 3 o'clock came back at 5:30 they said a few more minutes when I came back at 6:30 got my vehicle hair still all over my dashboard dust all over bugs on the front of my vehicle definitely would not recommend this place for no one
