I’ve been a member of Go Green Auto Spa for as long as they have been around. They raised the membership fee about 40% over the last few years even though when I signed the contract I was told that the price was locked in. The customer service is just poor. They are frequently short staffed and there is a long wait. I just called to cancel (before realizing there is a form online that I need to print, scan, the email back to them in order to request a cancellation). It’s just inconvenient. If you have 2 hours to wait for a Carwash, then this is perfect. I simply don’t. They are horrible!
I had only been her once, bought a membership unknowingly and it's been awful since.. I requested cancellation within a few weeks, receiving confirmation of cancellation and they charged my credit card again. Now disputing charges with my cc company. Oh and by the way, their hours are shorter than what is posted both on line and at their kiosks. Go somewhere else where service is guaranteed to be better and cleaner.
