Checked sunroof issue out. Going to need new motor. UGH! But, they seem really nice and are going to accommodate the fix once Carshield has set it up for the repairs.
Our Buick has a recall on the air bag so we called Integrity Service Dept. to set up the repair. We had to drive 60 miles down for the Service Dept. to look at it so the could order the part, then will have to take it back to get it repaired. When we took it to get the part ordered, we sat 90 minutes waiting, then when we questioned if it was ready, the service man walked out, put an electronic meter on it for 2 minutes at most, then said, You’re ready to go. Took my GMC 2023 Arcadia Denali in for a service light - took two weeks to figure out the Electrical issue. No communication unless I initiated it, when I finally picked up my car, it was filthy inside black marks on the light cream interior, black hand prints in the cream colored leather seat I called to speak to the service manager, again no return calls I will get it cleaned myself.
