I must say that they go beyond normal service. Every staff member has always assisted me with every aspect of my car. I had a 10yr old car which they HELP me repair & they have pymt plan which is a plus for a widow like myself. I actually bought a car from them in 2012 (lacrosse 2010). I have been extremely pleased with it till this day as well as their continued services.
Do not do business with this company. They'll sell you something...but that's it. There service department is inept and unqualified not to mention rude, uncurtious, and lack communication skills. Move on, there's many more GM dealerships in the area.
