Daniel Cuna was my sales professional, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more knowledgeable. Daniel, Nate and Jacob from sales were dedicated to getting me a great deal, and that’s just what they did. I was hesitant on if the terrain was a fit for me and my family, so they let me take it home for a night to see how it fit my lifestyle. How awesome is that!? Hands down the best buying experience I have had so far. When it time for the next buy, I know where I am shopping.
Overall, not a great experience. Was clear from the beginning that we were just another number going towards the car salesman’s leader board visible from their lobby. We were misled by a salesman - he emphatically said a used car we were looking at had already gone through inspection. The next day, two other salesmen said it hadn’t gone through any inspection yet. Grease and oil in Our Denali interior and carpet 2024 8000 miles, came in for oil change and have to replace mats. Cant get grease out. Wont be back, manage Your people use a 1$ paper floor mat. Wont be bringing My 2024 Sierra HD in lost 2 customers over a paper mat.
