i'm very disappointed with their service i already bought parts on other sites and i received the confirmation in a few hours and i could track the order but on this site since i made the purchase only the money left my account so far i have not received any confirmation email and I try to talk to them by email or phone but it looks like they don't exist I am worried about having lost more than $ 400 and still not having the pieces I need urgently I just bought them on the site because they say they are fast and it was exac... read more
Customer service was horrid. They then asked me for a review, so I was honest. Then the customer service rep responded being rude because they didn't like the review. I simply asked for a time frame on a return and he refused to answer.
This is a terrible business. If you don't believe me, just try calling and you will not get a hold of anyone. If you are sold an item that is defective. You pay for shipping both ways.
