I found Dr. Cruz and her entire staff to be wonderful and caring. She took her time with me and listened to my pain complaints. The office is probably the nicest doctor's office I have ever seen. I received immediate relief from the injections she offered. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a doctor in her specialty!
Dr. Cruz and her staff are incredible. We been to several places that have left us in pain and disbelief of their unprofessional manner. Dr. Cruz not only listens to you, but is incredibly knowledgeable and her injections are above excellence. The staff has always been extremely friendly and courteous. If you are looking to go somewhere, you definitely need to see Dr. Cruz.
Had an Excellent experience. Modern and Clean office. I was looking for a new pain doc .. Im always afraid of finding a lobby full of sketchy people. I was sooo relieved that it was NOT the case. I did my paperwork ahead of time ( got it from the website ) and I had little to no wait time . Doc was very pleasant and I'm glad I found her.
I saw Dr. Cruz for a variety of different issues, from my back, to my hand numbness and even my knees. She not only was extremely friendly, down-to-earth and highly educated, but she spent more time with me than any other physician. Her exam was thorough & even during my EMG/NCS for my now-diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome, she spent added time with me explaining everything. I had a procedure called a "genicular nerve block" on my knees that was LIFE CHANGING. Great office staff too!
I would recommend Dr. Cruz to anyone that needs help with spine or joint pain. I have had chronic back pain for the past 5 years, and have been to physical therapy, which was of some help, as well as other pain management Dr's. Dr. Cruz listened to my issues and concerns, and Explained to me what the problem was with my back, and the options as to getting pain relief .Dr Cruz was able to relieve 95% of my pain. Her and her staff are caring and concerned about the patient. I'm very happy

Dr Cruz has been very compasionate towards me. She always listens to me and my needs and is quick to address them.
She does not listen did not do anything for my pain no med even with Mri's showing multiple back joint prob causing pain. Home with nothing waited 2 wk for appt in pain So so disappointed never go again ! She web site advertise false!! Only got appt for injection lower back in 16 DAYS!!!$$$$$$more for her in 16 days!! Going home in PAin!!!Big $$$$in 16 days4 her!!! Again! Today for me just pain!! She not listen and no care!! Lie on web site !! In office they say different once you see Dr.!!
