Today, Tuesday, 10/29/19, I had a 9:30 appointment only to be seen at 10:15. Dr. Cruz walks in complaining of allergies and proceeded to sniffle throughout the 3 minute evaluation. It was obvious by her questions that she did not remember me from May. I made this appointment because I needed a 2nd cortisone injection. In May I had been referred to Dr. Cruz for pain management due to a terrible car accident. At that time, I had my 1st cortisone injection. Dr. Cruz and staff are wonderful! Everyone is very nice ,knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Dr. Cruz is very patient, and willing to take the time to figure out where the pain is coming from, and trying various procedures until the pain is resolved. I highly recommend this physician! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

the doctor doesn’t seem to know much about her specialty . She and her staff are rude and don’t take much time with the patient.
I wouldn’t consider this practice as a pain management subsidiary. Dr. Cruz showed little, if any compassion for my spinal disease and medical history. I felt very bad here about myself, as I felt judged.
Very unfortunate. Just another doctor who puts on the facade of caring, but actually only cares about not being sued. This doctor cares very little about her patients and this can be seen by the rushed office visits and her horrible memory of her patients. This is a small practice and she shares her patients with another doctor- so there is no excuse for her lack of intrapersonal skills. I do not recommend going here for anything complex as she is quite scatter brained and you’ll find yourself r
I came into the Dr's office for my appointment . Every time I arrive I am greeted and promptly escorted into a exam room. Dr's staff is very friendly and want to make sure that you are able to leave the Dr's office if a procedure has been done. Dr Cruz always asks if she can do anything else to help with your problem !
