Excellent Service - Excellent Doctor - Valerie is great!
We started with Dr. Cruz before she went back to Texas for additional education. We were ecstatic when she returned. As soon as we found out she was back, we returned to her practice. Dr. Cruz is thorough, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She always has time to listen, and her staff is incredible. My husband and I both have pretty severe arthritis, his worse than mine, and she has managed our care so expertly that we both can report comfort levels rather than pain levels.
Dr Cruz is an excellent physician. She listens and has genuine concern for her patients. She explains types of treatment for your condition and makes sure the treatment plan is working. Her staff are wonderful. I would happily recommend Dr Cruz to my friends.
Very nice “bedside manner” went there for cervical spine shot, she said there would be an attending Doctor that performed them, as she has only been doing spinal shots for a couple of years, per her staff. Instead I was given a thoracic spine pain shot, no other Dr. there. I was used to Safety Harbor surgical center, with excellent antiseptic protocols. Here there was a room lacking any obvious protocols. No reminder calls by staff.
Great bedside manner and easy to talk to. Very efficient staff who are easy to work with.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cruz since she opened for business. I appreciate getting in to see her in a timely fashion; wait time is so minimal. Dr. Cruz answers any questions in a way I can understand. She has a gentle touch. The staff is always so nice and makes me feel welcome/remembered. The office is modern and clean always. Already I have recommended Dr. Cruz to quite a few people because I like her so much.
I actually look forward to a visit with Dr. Gloydian Cruz-Gomez. She is very professional, a great listener who really cares about her patients. I always take her advice. The office staff is always upbeat and the place is decorated comfortably & cheerily; I feel welcome. I never have to wait long either. Everyone should have a great doctor like Dr. Cruz-Gomez!
