I took my vehicle in for a warranty enhancement and I came out with a rear window that is not functioning properly .

Cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service I received today , at the service department. Holly was wonderful, very thorough, made me feel like I was the only customer in the building. They very quickly took my vehicle back for service. Although no problem was found with my van (I almost wish there was a problem , just so we could explain what went wrong with the vehicle this week) , they were so kind , and understanding - and genuinely seemed concerned about my safety and comfort. The service techs are great. Justin is really patient and does his best to answer any questions you have. Unfortunately they have Holly at the desk and she just can't seem to be bothered to answer a simple question without being extremely condescending and instructing people like children to read the paperwork. Both the cashier at the window and I read the paperwork and did not find the answer to the question I asked.

Thank you Gloucester Toyota for your outstanding customer service. This morning on highway 17 there was a can of spilled white paint that I could not avoid. I was near Gloucester Toyota and pulled into the service department. I quickly explained that I did not have an appt but had fresh paint on my car. They quickly took the car back and washed the paint off the car. The kind gentlemen returned my car and when I asked how much I owed for the wash, he replied that there was no charge. Your kindness is very much appreciated.
Very dissapointed in the outcome but I offer a thank you to them for allowing me to get a better deal else where.
Purchased a 2015 Camry the end of August. i have been buying cars in Virginia for the past thirty years and did not look forward to the closing, which always takes up most of your day. Gene was the salesman and the closing was so easy. The car is perfect thanks to his help. He was patient and explained everything about the car. I would recommend him to any one interested in good service and a quick closing with no problems.
Very helpful staff found us the perfect vehicle for our family at a great price! Fair trade in on our current vehicle. Neal Wheat and Victor were awesome! Will defiantly come back for services and future vehicle purchase.
Service department screwed me out of my last free service for my $25000 truck and refused to make it right.

Eric, I know you are upset about being over the mileage restriction with the ToyotaCare service. I can truly understand. Unfortunately they are strict about their program. The ToyotaCare plan covers normal factory scheduled service for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. As I mentioned this isn't a Gloucester Toyota program.
