I do not recommend Gloucester Toyota right now, although I have in the past. They are not taking Covid-19 as seriously as they should. It is not a safe environment for their employees or customers. They are not wearing masks or face coverings and are not practicing social distancing.
It's a great place. I bought a 2018 Corolla and got a great deal. They've always been friendly and helpful. They followed up with me to make sure I understood all the features and was happy with the vehicle. I doubt Carole Baskins would shop here.
We saw our 2014 Avalon on Marketplace, kept looking at it for 3 days. Finally decided to buy it. Pulled in and Carter was there for us. He took us to the car, went for a test drive, did the paperwork and drove our car home within the hour. I would definitely give Carter a 100 plus on his actions. Go see Carter, he will get you into that vehicle you want. Thank you Gloucester Toyota!!!!
Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle here. I felt bullied and rushed to make the purchase and it wasn’t a good buying experience to start. On top of that, I am tired of receiving phone calls and letters telling me I owe more money to transfer my tags when I was told it was taken care of at the time of purchase. A month after the purchase, I received a text message stating I owed more money to have plates transferred. I bought my car from Blake in September. He was so patient with me and worked diligently to find the vehicle that fit my budget and made me happy. The finance department worked hard as well to get me under budget too. 3 almost 4 months later if I have had any problems with my car Blake has gone above and beyond to help me and make sure I'm taken care of.
