Best experience with purchasing a vehicle ever. Buying a vehicle has always been a headache, but Gloucester Toyota was amazing. We worked with Cecil and he made the entire process so pleasant. I loved the service at Gloucester Toyota. Holly and Justin were great. This new guy Shane? is rude and doesn’t have an ounce of customer service skills. Who hired him and why? Guess i will have to find another place to service my cars. Sad

I just financed my second vehicle with these guys. Gene has followed up with me for 4 years so I went back to buy my next vehicle. He is a no pressure but get the job done salesman. I told him just what I needed and walked out the door with it! The Sales Mgr Neal and Finance Mgr Jeff are awesome too and got me the best financing ever!!! This is the dealership that gives great service! Make them your dealership family!!!
This is a family owned business that shows sincere concern for their clients. They do what is right, and I would have no hesitation in working with this company of integrity.
Anyone that knows me knows I support local businesses. I normally don't try to voice over social media, but if the owner Mr. Wheat was aware of the piss poor quality and customer service that his service manger Doug updike is pushing out the door, I think some things would change.
